Terms of service

These terms cover this website and custom pieces ordered from JP Jewelers. By using the site or ordering, you agree to them. Your purchase agreement for a piece takes precedence where it differs. You must be 18 or older to place an order.

• A design you create here starts a conversation. It is not an order or a price offer.
• Images are concept photography of styles we make. Some are labeled reference images. Your piece reflects the stone, metal and details in your quote.
• Diamonds are natural products or lab-grown; each one varies slightly in color and character.
• We may correct errors in descriptions or prices at any time before you approve a quote.

After your consultation we send a detailed quote. Production begins only after you approve every detail of your design and quote.

Full payment is due before production begins, through Square, Venmo or Zelle. Those services process payment, not this website.

Most orders arrive within 3 days of being placed. Delivery dates are estimates; your jeweler confirms yours with your quote.

We ship anywhere in the world and send photos before your piece ships. Every shipment is fully insured. See Shipping & returns.

Every piece is made to your specifications, so we do not offer refunds once production is complete.

We cover manufacturing defects and work quality. Coverage details depend on the piece and are set out in your purchase agreement.

If you bring a stone, we build the setting around it. Handling terms are agreed with you before work begins.

You keep ownership of photos you upload. You confirm you have the right to share them and allow us to use them to design your piece. We never publish them without your permission.

When you request a consultation, you agree that we may call, text or email you about your design. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text, or ask us, and we will stop.

Please don't misuse the site: no unlawful content, spam, automated scraping, attempts to access accounts or data that aren't yours, or interference with how the site runs.

The text, images and design of this site belong to JP Jewelers or are used with permission. Don't copy them for commercial use without our written consent.

The website is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available but can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent the law allows, JP Jewelers is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Utah law governs these terms. If something goes wrong, contact us first and we will try to resolve it. Any dispute that remains will be handled in the state or federal courts in Utah County, Utah.

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top. Orders follow the terms in place when you approved your quote. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
