What we collect, why, and the choices you have.

In short
- We collect what you send us, plus basic usage data to improve the site.
- Analytics cookies load only if you accept them.
- We never sell your information or use it for targeted advertising.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time.
What you send us
- Consultation requests: name, email, phone, preferred call time, and your design: style, shape, metal, notes, and any occasion, timing or budget you choose to share.
- Inspiration photos: the image and its file name. Photos upload as soon as you add them and are kept in our customer system at an unlisted link. We never publish them.
- Contact messages: name, email, optional phone, topic and message.
- How you found us and what you looked at: with a consultation request or contact message we include the ad campaign or website that brought you here, if any, the pieces, collections and guides you viewed and the rings you tried on during that visit. Your browser holds this only for the current visit and sends it only with your request.
- “Try it on” photos: not collected. The photo of your hand is processed on your device to place the ring and is never uploaded or stored. Saving the picture puts it on your device only.
We keep this in our customer system so Josh can follow up. We use it to reply, call, text or email you about your request, quote and make your piece, and support it afterward.
What is collected automatically
- Basic page analytics (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights): pages viewed, referrer, device type, country and page speed. Aggregate and cookieless; it does not identify you.
- Detailed analytics, only if you accept cookies (Google Analytics, PostHog, Microsoft Clarity and HighLevel): pages visited, how you move between them, clicks, scrolling, designer steps and requests sent, device and approximate location. Session recordings mask everything typed into forms, uploaded photos and try-on photos. If you send us a request, HighLevel links the pages you visited to it.
- Server logs: our host records IP addresses and request details briefly for security and reliability.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to respond, complete your order, support your piece (resizing, repairs, warranty) and meet legal or tax obligations. Analytics data is kept for up to one year.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and only our team can view requests and photos. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send passwords or payment details through our forms.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your information, and opt out of analytics or texts. Many US states give these rights by law, and we extend them to everyone. We will not treat you differently for using them. Reply STOP to any text to stop messages.

Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We will post any updates here and change the date at the top.
