Do I pay anything for the voucher?
No. It's free with your Buy Now order and listed at $0 in checkout. Any taxes or fees for the trip itself are set out in the voucher's terms.
When do I get it?
As soon as your order is placed. We email your voucher with a link to claim it from AGAVE, our travel partner.
How are carats counted?
Diamond studs count the total weight of the pair, the pendant counts its center diamond, and the tennis bracelet counts the total weight of all its diamonds.
Which pieces qualify?
Diamond stud earrings, the classic tennis bracelet and the solitaire pendant necklace, bought online with Buy Now. Custom pieces and quotes aren't included.
How do I get the resort stay instead of the cruise?
Choose studs or a pendant of 3 carats or more, or a tennis bracelet over 3 carats total (5 carats and up). The 3 carat bracelet comes with the cruise.
What if I order more than one?
One voucher comes with each order, however many pieces are in it.
What if my order is cancelled?
The voucher comes with the order, so if the order is cancelled, its voucher is void.
The fine print
- For Buy Now orders placed online while the offer runs. Custom pieces and quotes aren't included.
- One voucher per order, whatever the quantity. If the order is cancelled, its voucher is void.
- Carats are counted per piece: the total weight of a pair of studs or a tennis bracelet, and the center diamond of a pendant.
- Vouchers are provided by AGAVE. Destinations, dates and any taxes or fees are set out in the voucher terms sent with it.
